• Involved in the Design, Planning and Production activities of Aluminum Electrolytic Motor start Capacitors.
• Coordinating with the purchase department for selecting and procurement of materials required for the production of motor start capacitors.
• Coordinating with the production chief for planning and production of the motor start capacitors.
• Inspection of the assigned work among the workers and ensure the work is going as per company standards.
• Training the technicians about the production plant and giving the instruction about the Do’s, don’t and maintenance procedure.
• Continuously monitoring the performance of the plant, conducting root cause analysis if any deviation observed and providing the solution for the deviation.
• Data management relating to Aluminum Electrolytic Motor start Capacitors as per ISO-9001 standards.
• Manage inspection of incoming new materials and conduct material evaluation to determine acceptability based on purchase acceptance standard set by the company.
• Familiar with the use of various supplies and Electronic test equipments used for the production and testing of Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors.
• Documenting and maintaining all the records and documents required as per ISO 9001:2008.
• Performance evaluation of the employees working in the plant based on the instructions given by the higher authorities of the company.
