Procurement Coordinator - Dubai
Job Responsibilities: 1. Work alongside the procurement manager to ensure materials are purchased on time. 2. Communicate with vendors/suppliers by email and phone to ensure materials are delivered on time. 3. Coordinate with international vendors/suppliers to ensure imported materials are shipped on time. 4. Use the company ERP software system to generate and issue purchase orders based on material requests entered by various departments. 5. Provide up-to-date information about status of requested materials to the relevant departments. Applicant Requirements: 1. Read, write and speak English clearly and correctly. 2.
