Our client, a reputed facility in Abu Dhabi seeks to hire a private duty nurse with the key results area's below.

Job Purpose:
Offer services to patients of all ages with medical conditions that need frequent assessments and care plan changes.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Providing in-home medical assistance whenever and to whoever required.
Monitoring patient’s condition and assessing his/her needs to provide the best possible care and treatment as per his/her physician’s advice.
Responsible for administering medications, helping with feeding or hygiene tasks (dental care, bathing & other self-care needs), monitoring patient vitals and take blood pressure readings
Observing and interpreting patient’s symptoms and communicating them to his/her therapists, physician and anyone involves in the patient’s care plan.
Assessing changes in medical status of the patient, the physical and emotional needs of the patient and assist with other total nursing care duties.
Recording patient’s condition and to complete patient care documentation and other paperwork.
Making independent clinical decisions when necessary and managing chronic illness.
Providing palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable.
Must hold HAAD license or DHA License
Must have not less than 5 years of service in the same filed
