Pharmacist Required in Dubai

DHA License Pharmacists required to work in newly growing group of pharmacies.

Essential Functions
Manage pharmacy operations, supervising staff, performing administrative duties, and buying and selling pharmaceutical non-pharmaceutical merchandise.
Assess the identity and strength of medications.
Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, to ascertain the needed ingredients, and to evaluate their suitability.
Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper medication storage.
Order and purchase pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, and drugs under supervision, maintaining stock and storing and handling it properly.
Maintain records, such as pharmacy e files, profiles, inventories, and registries of hazardous drugs, narcotics, and controlled drugs, if any.
Plan, implement, and maintain procedures for packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals, according to policy and legal requirements, to ensure quality, security and proper disposal.
All other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Indirect supervisor of pharmacy technicians when on duty.

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Ensure proper stock storage inside the store as per company's protocol.
Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster.

Requirements
Graduation from an accredited University with a B.S. in Pharmacy or a Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.)
Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter
UAE Experience: 0-1 years

Other Requirements
Fluent in English, Arabic is preferred
Basic computer skills
Having experience with basic insurance claims and networks.
Having experience in online pharmacy and related platforms.
