Personal Assistant to Sales Manager (Export)
Duties will include:
- Assistance to the Sales Manager in all matters
- Organizing and preparing documents (quotations, invoices, shipping documents, ...)
- Payment processing (LC, CAD, …)
- Organizing Meetings, Events, Exhibitions and attend to them if necessary
- Responding to urgent requests
- Coordinating and booking travel arrangements
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Handle customer correspondence (e-mail, letters, phone)
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Make independently follow-ups to different departments, company, person any pending
documents as requested by the Sales Manager including the status thereof.
- Social Media
- Administrative tasks
Your experience and qualifications:
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Experience in Export or similar position
- Willing to work both independently and in a team
- Trustworthy, Loyal and high level of confidentiality
- Very good communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Well organized and highly efficient way of working
- Ability to multitask
- Common Computer & MS Office skills (MS Word, MS, Power Point & MS Excel, etc.)
- Willing to learn
Not required but an advantage if:
- you have Project Management background
- you have Marketing background
- speak beside your mother language and English other languages (French, Russian, …)
