We are looking for a skilled People Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
● Develop training materials to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
● Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
● Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
● Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
● Assisting with monthly payroll and resolving payment issues
● Maintain employee records (attendance, annual leaves, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
● Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
● Develop performance management programs and incentive schemes
● Processing Employee visas, Medical Insurance, Renewals & maintaining records as per Compliance.
● Coordinating and following up with PRO for visa formalities and providing required documentation for processing.
● Exit documentation and formalities of outgoing employees
● Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
● Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
● Required Skills/Abilities:
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
● Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
● Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
● A 5-8 years of human resource management experience is preferred.
