Salary: AED 15,500- 18,000 + Family Medical + Air Tickets
Our client, a Multinational Professional Service based organisation is looking to recruit a Payroll Accountant. As the payroll specialist you be responsible for payroll across all office sites in the GCC.
Responsibilities:
Processing monthly payroll, compensation benefits and final settlements to employees using internal systems as well as Oracle and online banking system
Ensure all payments are made on a timely basis and payslips are verified before sending out to employees
Liaising with the US payroll team to facilitate deductions
Preparing monthly payroll journals for the monthly close, liaise with regional office to post regional payroll journals
Calculating deductions for UAE pension, GOSI and US Social Security Taxes
Issuing intercompany payroll invoices
Supporting audits request
Requirements
Candidates should have a degree in Accounting, with 5 years’ experience in a professional service environment
Experience Oracle GL preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, with a strong eye for detail
Advanced computer skills in MS office
