Job Description:
· Prepare menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by the restaurant.
· Develop new pasta dishes and suggest menu improvements.
· Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary.
· Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
· Assist in food inventory and control while properly receiving and storing delivered items

Requirements:

Previous UAE experience is a MUST
Previous upscale Hotel or Restaurant experience is a MUST
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Pasta Chef
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
