We are one of the world's biggest manufacturer of Construction & Mining Equipment. For our Parts Distribution Center in Jebel Ali, we need the following staff :

Parts Procurement & Inventory Control Executive

Key Responsibilities include :
1. Placing replenishment orders for spare parts on a weekly basis.
2. Critical Parts Ordering & expediting
3. Parts master and price registration.
4. Receiving parts into the system (ASN/GRN)
5. Costing for parts being received.
6. Planning for monthly purchases.
7. Monthly reporting to management.

Suitable candidate should have an Graduate Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile) with 2-3 years experience in procuring spare parts for an automotive company or distributorship.
Should have adequate knowledge of working in Ms Excel, MS Access and other computer applications.
