He is responsible for painting works in all areas as required. He has to paint according to the standards and procedures. He will be responsible for all the furniture’s polish and paint He has to keep all painting materials in good condition He has to assist the other Technicians if required. Attend the complaints and complete the task He has to do all the works in the department even it’s not related to his job according to his knowledge and capability. He will be the responsible person for entire maintenance operation in his duty if no other technicians are present In case of any Emergency took place he should respond the telephone call and attend immediately if in reachable areas. Additional Responsibilities: Check with House Keeping for any complaints from rooms. Check all arrival rooms to conform the status. Check all the corridors for cooling, lightings, smell, music, or any other. Check all corridors paint and polishes You should clear and clean the worked place and inform Hose Keeping for additional cleaning. Keep Engineering work shop always clean.
