OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Qualifications:

- Valid UAE Driving License (At least 3 years experience)
- At least 3 years work experience as Supervisor or Manager
- Well versed with Government laws about Road and Transportation
- Geographical driving knowledge of Area (Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi)
- Knowledge of Vehicles, different make and models

Responsibilities:

- Ensure daily fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.
- Oversee routine maintenance and renew old vehicle to ensure proper schedule of fleet management.
- Manage urgent customer support request for road side assistance
- Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local government rules and regulations.
- Arrange fleets and fleet operational staff to provide support and schedule for Special Event Planning.
- Perform vehicle registration, insurance and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in existing fleet.
- Provide direction to staff to regulate budget and control cost process.
- Plan, process and execute vehicle purchase and vehicle replacement through user trend/demand
- Develop and implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best industry practices.
- Manage teams of drivers as per the demand requirement of the area

Monthly Salary:6,000 - 7,999 AED
Minimum Work Experience:2-5 Years
Minimum Education Level:High-School / Secondary
