OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI
Dear All we are looking to hire an *Operations Manager* from BTL Activities company back ground.
*Roles and responsibilities*
- Planning, Execution and managing all types of BTL Activities (Events, Activations, and Promotions)
- Track, measure and analyze projects to effectively identify areas of weakness, --providing ongoing recommendations and strategies for continuous improvement
- Participate as an active and responsive member of the team and contribute in accomplishing the set goals , Managing teams with the focus on excelling targets & service delivery metrics
- Reviewing execution done by the team to anticipate errors and counseling the team accordingly to avoid recurrence
- Managing and maintaining vendor network negotiations
Strategic alliances with Vendors, Service Providers etc Identifying Improvement Areas
- Must possess excellent industry relationships and client networks to represent company and its core strengths and generate new income opportunities
- Process Mapping and Redesign People Management
- Hiring and training team members to strengthen the core team
- Performance Reviews of team
- Mentoring & motivating the team members
- Build team morale
*Job Requirements*
Work experience on the same position: 4 years (UAE)
Available in UAE
Strong Communication
UAE Driving License with Own Car

Monthly Salary:8,000 - 11,999 AED
