Operations Coordinator - Dubai

Job Description:
• Preparing instructions for the visits according to the instructions of client
• Assigning shoppers to carry out the visits.
• Providing training to mystery shoppers.
• Following up and making sure the visits are completed before deadline.
• Checking and validation of reports received from shoppers.
• Making sure all products are received within due time.
• Approving the payment after all criteria are fulfilled; forwarding to accounts department.
• Providing valuable comments and suggestions for the quarterly/half yearly meetings with the clients or when the summary reports are prepared.
• To understand the needs of the clients; be creative in making new scenarios and to work towards full satisfaction of the clients.

Skill & Qualities Required:
• Arabic speaker
• Excellent English.
• Ability to learn & follow instructions.
• A team player.
• Exceptional phone skills.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Ability to Multi task and organize ongoing projects, looking for ways to become more efficient in completing tasks on time.
• Excellent Computer knowledge. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
