Office Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing implementation and proper application of the office activities, business transactions, policies and vendor agreements, including all procurement activities. The OM structures and organizes administrative work to promote the efficient operation of the office. HR management in support of the GM is also part of the OM job role. Some experience with customer service a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize office activities
Support HR, Procurement and Accounting functions
Oversee stock of office supplies
Manage Petty Cash
Insure internal policies are followed
Time sheet and Employee schedules

Qualifications

Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
