My Responsibilities were:
1-Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheet and database
2-Managing filing system.
3-Recording office supplies of stationary and equipment ordering supplies.
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repair.
4-Organizing and charring meeting with staff.
5-caring out staff appraisal, managing their workload and output
6-Reviewing and updating health and safety polices and ensuring they are observed.
7-Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety device.
8-Attending conference and training depending on the organizing.
9-Performing and managing all out door work.
10-Reporting to management regarding control renewal of properties.
11-Coordinating between staff and management about policies of company.
