Project Management/Cost Consultancy Company based in Dubai is looking for Office Admin. + Documents Controller + Secretary with following skills:
- Proficient in English with excellent MS Office skills
- Should hold Bachelor’s Degree qualifications
- Prepare and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Maintains follow-up system on action mail.
- Answer phones, take messages.
- Greets visitors, responds to a wide range of inquiries of moderate complexity and sometimes sensitive in nature.
- Coordinate conferences and meetings.
- Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
- Communicate in a positive and effective manner
- Composes letters, memorandum, develops charts, graphs, and diagrams
- Schedules appointments, maintains calendar, allocates supervisor’s time
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and accurately
- Meet strict timelines and perform multiple tasks
- Knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Knowledge and proficiency in the use of technology (i.e. computers, word processing, database spreadsheet programs and power point)
