Nursery Teacher Required in Dubai - Dubai

Our client is an esteemed nursery school that was established in 1993. With a solid presence across the UK and the UAE, they are dedicated to providing a nurturing early childhood education experience inspired by the Montessori philosophy.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teacher (Year 1) to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, fostering their intellectual, social, and emotional development. The KG teacher will report directly to the Principal of Kindergarten and play a key role in laying the foundation for a positive educational experience.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the kindergarten curriculum, ensuring a balance between educational, creative, and play activities.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and cooperation. Manage student behavior effectively, fostering a respectful and supportive environment.
Recognize and address the diverse needs of students, providing differentiated instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress, conducting parent-teacher conferences, and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with other kindergarten teachers, educational support staff, and administrators to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to the school community.
Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
Stay informed about current educational practices, attend professional development opportunities, and actively seek ways to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, following established procedures and protocols. Foster a caring and secure classroom environment.

Requirements:
Hold a relevant qualification Western education - B.A in education or leadership diploma or equivalent cache level 5.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for Montessori Education and a firm conviction in its positive influence on children's development.
Display patience and empathy, creating a supportive and caring environment that fosters children's growth.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interactions with children, parents, and colleagues.
