nursery manager (female ) minimum 5 years in nursery / educational business development
Familiar with ADEK requirements
Bachelor's degree
Experience with hiring and learning staff
Responsibility:
1-effective management of staff
2-effective curriculum and teaching skills
3-strong communication to train and maintain staff knowledge and skills
4- creating friendly atmosphere for children (plants, banners …etc)
6-morning and closing checkups for children
7- following up and documentation of children performance
8-strong leadership between staff
9-maintaining stock levels of items needed for children comfort
