Senior Nurse Manager required for a European outpatients clinic based in the heart of Dubai.

To be considered for the role candidates should have the following skills:

• A UAE based registered nurse with a valid DHA licence or eligibility

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English language with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Display evidence of working towards positive patient experiences and business development within existing role

• Two years or more in a current leadership/managerial role

• Display effective complaints management process

• Participated in the development of policies and protocols

• Participated in the development of audits

• Demonstrates self-motivation and organisational skills

• JCI experience desirable
