Nurse Manager Required in Dubai
We are sourcing for a strong and enthusiastic female Nurse Manager to manage our Out Patient Clinics in coordination with the Director of Patient Experience and Ambulatory Services. Continually evaluates the environment that supports physicians, nurses, patient experience associates, and other clinic support staff.
Key responsibilities:
Manages outpatient clinics and ensures patient satisfaction and alignment with organization goals.
Assess patient journey and make suggestions to ensure quality patient care on an ongoing basis by improving policies, procedures, and guidelines
Organize and supervise the daily activities for Clinic Nurses & Allied Health associates.
Work closely with Nurses /Allied Health associates and encourage them to develop their skills and competencies
Make regular rounds to clinics to ensure quality client care and assess staff needs.
Ensure that facilities are compliant with infection control, fire safety, and security.
Assure appropriate orientation, evaluation, and continuing professional development for nursing/Allied Health associates.
Determine risks and improvements with the Director and implement corrective plans to ensure consistent care delivery and to maintain and promote patient rights.
Deliver expert patient care utilizing a patient-centered approach that includes patient and family involvement.
Investigate and evaluate any complaints in timely manner and applies appropriate action for improvement.
Qualification, Experience & Skills desired:
Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role in busy Hospital OPD clinics in UAE
Private Hospital experience in UAE is essential
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from reputed University.
Western-educated and trained Nurses with the above experience have an advantage
Master’s degree a definite plus
Serve as an example of professionalism and a resource person.
Must hold active DHA eligibility/License as Registered Nurse
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing profession and its relation to various practices and skill in their application.
Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based principles and practices of nursing administration.
Familiarity with JCI requirements
