NOC ENGINEERS REQUIRED IN DUBAI - Dubai

Dubai based IT services company requires NOC engineers for its 24x7x365 Network Operations Center - for the Evening, Night and Weekend shift.

Main Job responsibilities:
- Setup and manage web applications, Linux servers and networking infrastructure
- Assist clients via phone, email or chat
- Monitor alerts as generated from systems
- Troubleshoot any technical problems as needed
- Take action based on alerts and events
- Trouble shoot network, LAN and servers issues
- Create reports as needed for internal and client use

Qualifications & Experience:
====================
- Bachelor's degree in ICT or related field
- 4 to 5 years real-world IT/NOC experience
- Must have Hands-on experience with Linux
- Certification in Linux server environment
- Windows server environment experience is a plus
- Azure and AWS experience would be a plus
- Experience with cpanel, WHM, Plesk environment
- Cybersecurity background is a plus
- Ability to write scripts is a plus

- MUST HAVE A GOOD POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND BE ETHICAL!
- Must be technically inclined and self motivated with a "CAN DO" attitude..
- Must have a good understanding of English language.
- MUST be prepared for intense hard work - this job position is a technically very challenging
- MUST be a team player - focusing on work and learning

Training on NOC systems will be provided.
