Candidate should have the following QUALIFICATIONS:
• Highly skilled in providing support and monitoring a business’s core IT resources
• Managing, Troubleshooting and repairing of Servers, Desktops, Laptops and Thin clients
• Highly skilled in Cloud Technologies such as Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Hosting, Cloud Computing and Cloud Storage
• at least 5 years of extensive technical experience in the IT industry
• In-depth knowledge of providing troubleshooting services for software & hardware issues
SKILL SETS
• Networking (Routing, Switching, Infrastructure Planning, Implementation, Wireless Networking, Wi-Fi AP Planning, VPN and Firewall)
• Microsoft Hyper-V, Virtual Box and VMWare Deployment and Administration
• Website Management(Backup, Migrate and Updates), Web Hosting(Implementation and Management) cPanel™, Linux(LAMP), IIS, AWS), Cloud & Dedicated Servers Management
• Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services and Digital Ocean - Cloud Management
• Well Experienced with Web and Cloud technologies(DDoS, CDN and DNS Management)
• MS-SQL, MySQL, Cloud SQL Deployment, Administration and Management
• Windows, Linux and Mac OS Installation, Troubleshooting and Administration
• Providing remote support using Microsoft™ RDP, TeamViewer, VNC and Any desk
• Troubleshooting & Administrate, Windows(XP/7/8/8.1/10), Windows Server(2003/2008/2012/2016), Linux(Debian, Ubuntu, Red Hat and CentOS) and Mac-OS
• Mail Server (MS Exchange server, Postfix, Cpanel and Exim) Installation and Administration.
• Windows™ Products, Linux and Mac OS Installation, Patching and Updating
• Troubleshoot Windows(Desktops, Laptops and Tablets), Android(Tablets and Mobiles) and Mac™ Products (iPhone, iPad, iMac and MacBook)
• File and Database Backup Management with Cloud, NAS and Tape Storage
• Avaya, 3CX(Certified) and Cisco IP Telephone Planning, Implementation & Management
• Active Directory, ADFS, Single Sign On(SSO)
CERTIFICATIONS Required:
• CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate
• MCSA – Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
• 3CX BCE – 3CX Certified Engineer
• MACE – Microsoft Azure Certified Engineer
