As an NCLEX License Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans based on individual patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' vital signs and document patient progress in electronic medical records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning, ensuring patients and families understand their care plan and are equipped for post-hospitalization care.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with infection control policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
NCLEX Passer with NCKEX Certificate
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care nursing.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
