Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and skilled Mixologist to join our team in Dubai. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails and mocktails for our valued clients. Utilizing your expertise in molecular mixology techniques, you will push the boundaries of flavor and presentation to deliver unforgettable drinking experiences. In addition to crafting innovative beverages, you will also be responsible for providing training and demonstrations to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Create a wide range of cocktails and mocktails to delight our clients.
Utilize molecular mixology techniques to enhance flavors and presentation.
Prepare a variety of cold base drinks, including ice teas, frappes, and iced lattes.
Expertly prepare hot base drinks, especially those involving coffee.
Conduct training and provide demonstrations to clients, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the bar area.
Ensure the accurate balancing of recipes to consistently deliver high-quality beverages.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques to continually enhance your skills.
Collaborate with the team to develop new drink recipes and menu items.
Provide excellent customer service, engaging with clients and recommending suitable beverage options.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of at least 3 to 4 years as a Mixologist, preferably in a high-end establishment.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional beverages.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
