Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall management, implementation and working of logistics, warehouseman, administration, accounts payable, purchasing and other support staff to include quality and safety personnel.
2. Responsible for interacting with third party suppliers and logistics providers.
3. Works with the current condition of logistics, stock, customer satisfaction, and decide on the next course of action.
4. Purchasing and pricing, inbound and outbound freight, coordination, stock and inventory
5. Managing support services through maximizing the output of the various support services such as Procurement, Admin, IT, Finance, HR and other third party hired services.
6. Creates Operational strategy to optimize the use of the resources of the company
7. Responsible for updating policies, processes and procedures and responsible for staff and location compliance with customer requirements, company policies and directions and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English
• At least 3-year experience in Food Distribution, Food Wholesale and/or Trading.
• Strong background and/or work experience in management
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
• Knowledge of experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
• Budget development and oversight experience
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
• Excellent people manager, open to direction and +Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
