Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. To interact with top management of State Bank of India (General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager) for business strategy formulation & implementation at operational level.
2. Heading 35 SBI branches to extract business and ensure every branch adds significantly to its bottom line.
3. Achievement of budgets allocated in terms of premium, commission achievement for region allotted, home loan penetration & branch and CIF activation.
4. Providing financial advisory services to HNIs & Super HNI Clients of SBI
5. Ensuring 80% Home Loan Penetration of the region
6. Attending banks performance review meetings and setting out plan for future growth.
7. To identify the prospective bank staff/Branch Managers and motivate them to become Certified Insurance Facilitators (CIF) with objective of getting business from them.
8. To assist branch managers in financial planning of HNI Clients of the branch.
