Requirements

7 plus years of experience in teaching Mathematics
Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Mathematics
Must be ready to teach after school hours
Excellent communication skills
Preferably female candidates
Job description

Developing an individualized plan for each student based on his or her specific needs
Assess student's current math skills
Discuss the trouble area the student is having, either with a specific lesson or understanding a particular math concept
Develop lesson plans that enable the student to better grasp the math concept
Help students work through their homework and study for exams
Write progress reports for parents and students
Aid students in academic parole to improve their GPA above test standards.
