About the role
For our Teacher Excellence team, we are looking for a candidate who can help design and develop our math Curriculum and teacher programs for international standards (IB and British National Curriculum). They will liaison with business teams to develop digital content and online training modules for our teachers. Experience as a math teacher in a British Curriculum or IB school is a prerequisite for this role.

Skills & Experience
a) A dynamic, focused and self-motivated person with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
b) Instructional design and curriculum development experience is a plus.
c) Tech savvy, significant experience working with digital first products for education.
d) Experience designing and building content for digital delivery is a strong plus.
e) Experience working with groups of teachers to ensure deliverables are being met by inspiring
and supporting them. Experience as Head of Department or Head of School is a plus.
f) Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
g) Effective communicator and presenter.
h) 8-12+ years of experience within the Education sector; experience in a Tech enabled ecosystem.
i)Experience teaching math in IB or British International schools in the MENA region.k) Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
a) Design and develop content for International Curricula (IB and British).
b) Design resources and content for online teacher training programs.
c) Work towards designing and delivering innovative, creative and research-informed
approaches for the Teacher Training and evaluating their effectiveness.
d) Be aware of initiatives and emerging developments at the cutting edge of academic practice, to
inform enhancements to teaching and learning.
e) Be a Cuemath’s ambassador, liaison with collaborative partners and relevant external stakeholders.
f) Teach Cuemath students in the region to gain firsthand experience of LEAP and The Cuemath Way.
