About the Role

We are seeking an experienced math teacher or math ex-teacher for the Teacher Excellence team who will help design and develop our Curriculum and teacher programs for international standards, namely, IB and British

National Curriculum. Liaison with business teams to develop digital content and online training modules

and delivery for our teachers.

Skills & Experience

a) Experience teaching math in IB or British International schools in the MENA region.

b) A dynamic, focused and self-motivated person with ability to manage multiple tasks

simultaneously.

c) Instructional design and curriculum development experience is a plus.

d) Tech savvy, significant experience working with digital first products for education.

e) Experience designing and building content for digital delivery is a strong plus.

f) Experience working with groups of teachers to ensure deliverables are being met by inspiring

and supporting them. Experience as Head of Department or Head of School is a plus.

g) Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

h) Effective communicator and presenter.

i) Background in pedagogy, education, and instructional design.

j) 8-12+ years of experience within the Education sector; experience in a Tech enabled

ecosystem.

k) Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

a) Teach Cuemath students in the region to gain firsthand experience of LEAP and The Cuemath

Way.

b) Design and develop content for International Curricula (IB and British)

c) Design resources and content for online teacher training programs

d) Work towards designing and delivering innovative, creative and research-informed

approaches for the Teacher Training and evaluating their effectiveness.

e) Be aware of initiatives and emerging developments at the cutting edge of academic practice, to

inform enhancements to teaching and learning.

f) Be Cuemath’s ambassador, liaison with collaborative partners and relevant external

stakeholders
