Job Duties:
1- Planning and implementing marketing strategies
2- Follow up and implementation of tasks
3- Planning and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
4- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
5- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
6- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
7- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
8- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
9- Implementing market research and daily updating client databases
