Postgraduate qualified in Industrial Engineering from Australia seeking job in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing sector
of a reputable organization that will allow me to efficiently and effectively use my time, knowledge and skills to input value
to the organization and concurrently enhance my professional development.
I have experience in Toyota vehicle manufacturing industry as Engineer in the product development and planning section
where my job was to carry out development activities in coordination with vendors, vendor management, managing Quality
issues using various TQM tools,timely procurement of parts from vendors and imported parts from Toyota Japan and Thailand.
Also experience in vehicle parts costing during price revision and cost saving through localization. Looked after production
downtimes on the production line during night shifts and eliminated appropriate bottlenecks. Familiar with Japanese manufacturing
principles of Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), KANBAN and Just-In-Time (JIT).
