To jumpstart a web product and online marketing company in Dubai, we are looking for an experienced Managing Director. D.ventures is a company builder based in Vienna with a strong focus on online marketing and e-commerce, looking to expand further worldwide and in the UAE.
The Managing Director must be a creative leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with managing several teams of software developers and online Marketers, outstanding financial and business expertise and a high quality standard is expected.
Inside d.ventures there is a hands on approach to create great products for users worldwide. That is why we are looking for a problem solver as well as for outstanding expertise.
Implementing the d.ventures startup culture while having a clear focus on results and matching KPIs will be the challenge that comes with the position of managing director.

*Your skillset:*

* at least 5 years of experience in a managing director or C-level position
* outstanding knowledge of business
* outstanding leadership skills
* exceptional ability to implement structure and processes
* exceptional leadership of an international team of young professionals and talent
* strong cooperation with other d.ventures executives
* good understanding of B2C software products
* good understanding of ecommerce and online marketing
* good communicator, listener and problem solver
* fluency in English (spoken and written)
