Management Trainee - Business Development - Dubai
Job Description:
The position of Management Trainee is expected to be a shadow to management and work as Coordination Executive with the following responsibilities and deliverables.
Role of the Trainee (Key Result Areas):
1. To increase desk revenue by coordinating branch office, referral source and with his own effort.
2. To originate Trade and Corporate clients agreement with the support of branch office, referral source and with his own effort.

Processes to be followed with responsibilities:
A. Countries to be handled: Currently the Trainee will be responsible for business development various countries.
B. Coordinate with Branch Office and Referral Source: The trainee will be responsible for coordinating on daily basis with the branch office for;
a. Execution and suggestion on self- originated clients before arranging his meeting with Referral Source.
b. Getting suggestion on economic situation and to improve our services,
c. Discussing current client’s transaction related issues,
d. Discussing client’s fees due issue etc.
C. Coordinate with Partners:
a. Follow up with clients where meeting have been conducted by the partners with the objective of converting every meet into a revenue source.
b. Follow action on each of the partners to be documented and communicated to the concerned team member internally for further action and monitored.
c. Maintaining to do list of partners and sending reminders to partners proactively based on priority.
d. Keeping track of important assignment given to team members internally by partners.
D. Originate referral source with partners support and his own effort:
a. Find suitable professional, check their credibility, ask him to share at least 10 prospective client list and get the referral agreement signed.
b. Check with partners and ask them to share any person for referral source, ask him to share at least 10 prospective client list and get the referral agreement signed.
E. Originate client with his own effort:
a. Send weekly Newsletter.
b. Weekly posting on linked to generate leads and maintain the connections and contacts of the partners effectively.
c. Call and send mail to old friends and partners, with whom partner or referral source met in past.
d. Regular follow up with all clients to whom agreement already sent.
F. Coordinate with execution team and other associates:
a. Coordinate with execution for any required information or for any other any transaction or service related issue.
b. Regular follow up with our execution team for any transaction or service related issue.
c. Ensure timely execution of mandate by keeping healthy relationship with credit and trade team.
d. In case of urgency take the execution team head and then Partners guidance to resolve the matter.
e. The communication protocol will be first sent mail, then call and in last visit the team member for discussing any issue.
G. Reporting:
a. Send daily plan and report by end of the day by email and Whats app as required by management.
b. Any other assignment as may be delegated from time to time.
Qualification:
* Post Graduate in Finance (MBA, MS, M.com)
* Stipend offered during training period is AED 2500/- + incentives
