Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working Experience
- Must have UAE Driving License
- Proven working experience as Maintenance Supervisor
- Market knowledge of locally available materials and rates
Job Description:
- Investigates, evaluates and recommends appropriate actions/solutions such as determines scope of required work, cash purchase.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Preparing the scope of works for the required maintenance requests considering the terms, conditions and satisfied requirement.
- Follows-up execution, assesses accomplished work against agreed schedules.
- Follows-up work programs when major maintenance is conducted to ensure smooth and efficient functioning and error-free work flow is carried out.
