I am Shailendra Singh. I am looking for an entry level job in HR in Dubai.
I have Master's degree in Business Administration with Human Resource as a subject of my specialization. I also have a one year experience working as an Administrative Officer (Personnel and Administration Department) in Maharishi Vidya Mandir Group of Schools, National Office, India.
Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools (MVMs) is an educational school system established in 16 Indian states. It has 148 branches in 118 cities, with 80,000 to 100,000 students and 5,500 teaching and support staff.
My responsibilities in brief were:
+Administration and Personnel Management of more than 140 Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools by
ensuring the compliance of policies and procedures of the organization by the employees.
+Solved day-to-day HR related queries; initiated inquiries and disciplinary actions based on self-evaluation
and assessment of the inquiry reports, and the recommendations made by the inquiry committee therein to
resolve conflicts and solve grievances.
+Prepared reports, written correspondences with Regional Offices and Schools, and other documents such as
Circulars, Notices, Termination Order, Acceptance of Resignation, Sanction of various types of Leave, etc.
+Maintained computerized personnel records and ensured accurate records of the staff details.
+Assisted in the recruitment process through screening of the resumes received, and by administering the
process of recruitment.
+Provided insights to bring developmental changes in the administrative policies.
