looking for accountant job -part time - Sharjah
As a senior accountant the below tasks are my responsibilities:
#-Preparing the operation expenses per shipments for all ports and airport in Iraq Destination area.
#-Cross checking the admin expenses there and the petty cash and keep eyes on recovery limit based in our company policy and count on how many shipments required to cleared.
#-Cross checking the petty cash report made by our cash controller in UAE office for operating and general expenses.
, coordinating with sales person for any further inquires , making invoicing and dispatching to customers , classifying our customers to CC & PP and tracing accordingly , controlling our department by checking their invoices and collection , prepare financial report , reporting to management for customer list, outstanding report , sales report , profitability per sales person or per job no , checking account payable for paying on time and correcting bank transfer our supplier invoice if there is any wrong , teaching new staff from accounts the procedure for shipping by sea , air plus supporting our sales person for required documents for every shipment if they are new.
