Having almost 3 years of experience with good analytical & problem solving skills & able to provide financial information to all areas of the business whilst ensuring that all management information is accurate.
Now looking for a new & challenging accountancy position, one which will make best use of my existing skills, experience & also further my development.
• Preparing sales invoices.
• Preparing delivery order.
• Preparing goods receiving note (GRN) on ERP software.
• Book keeping.
• Monthly stock taking.
• Preparing freight & commission report.
• Payroll disbursement.
• Posting on ledgers.
• Preparation of various reports for manager.
• Ensuring that information is accurately collated & entered into systems.
• Debtor and creditor reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
• Inputting of employee expense claims to the ledgers.
• Producing ad.hoc financial reports as per management requirement.
• Preparing financial reports as directed by the finance manager.
• Periodically reconciliation of selected ledgers.
• Assisting to prepare monthly management reports.
• Fulfilling the ingredients of cash & bank book to complete it on daily basis.
• Drafting monthly trial balance.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
o Good all round Financial Accounting Knowledge.
o Too co-operative with team members.
o Experience in using Peach Tree Software on project.
o Good Excel skills.
o Working experience on ERP…SCM module
Have a good level command over English, Urdu and Hindi Languages.
