looking for a full time maid/ nanny - Dubai

We are a French/ Indian couple and looking for a maid/ nanny. We have 2 girls. One is 3.5 years old and the other one is 18 months old.
We prefer a hindi speaker (Nepalese, Indian or Srilankan...)

We expect:
Someone who will look after the kids and has experience with kids
Can cook for the kids and keep the house clean.
Major responsibility is to look after the kids hence experience with babies is essential
Who is flexible with working hours
Is clean and Hygienic

We live in a Villa next to Deira City Center on the Creek and will provide good accommodation
No husband to live in
Reasonable salary based on experience
Reference is important for us
We are a nice and loving family
