LOGISTICS COORDINATOR REQUIRED IN DUBAI

An established family run logistics and transportation company based in Dubai is looking for an experienced Logistics coordinator. A logistics coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of running a transport company. The main responsibilities are:
1. Manage the day to day operations of the company including coordinating and scheduling of trucks and staff to meet the customer demand.
2. Manage the day to day accounting and finance matters in the office including, invoicing, payments and record keeping.
3. Additionally, the logistics coordinator is responsible for maintaining excellent relationship with the customer by proper communication and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills:
1. 5 plus years of experience in a transport company in the GCC.
2. Valid UAE Drivers license
3. Excellent skills in spoken and written English
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
5. Knowledge and finance and accounting concepts
6. Excellent customer relationship skills
