Line Operator - Dubai
Male, with similar experience in manufacturing industry
Basic Salary 2000 - 3000 AED.
Main duty:
1) Machine and Line maintenance in preparation for production
• Ensure all parts are sterile before production starts. Ensure machine and production lines is set up and assembled correctly for production. At the end of production run, all components must be clean and treated in accordance with work instruction, ready for the next cycle.
2. In-process work flow
• Complete all checks (e.g. gauge, temperatures, machine change part alignment, conveyor adjustments and cooker temperatures; etc.)Record data on relevant documentation. Identify problems as they arise, informing supervisor of deviations, or when unfamiliar with situations. Give instructions to team members to ensure effective and efficient work flow.
3. Quality Management and Housekeeping
• Ensure all in-process quality checks are done, samples taken and tests performed according to work instructions. Ensure a neat and hygiene work environment (Housekeeping).Ensure that all CCP’s are monitored and controlled and all equipment accessories not in use is stored away.
4. Health and Safety
• Control and usage of safety equipment and ensure that health and safety processes and procedures are complied with.
5. People Management
• Ensure that all employees are available on line when machines starts and informs Supervisor of any problems that may arise. Ensures that all line employees have the necessary tools and PPE.
6. Effecting ad-hoc projects and analysis to support the Manager and Supervisors, as and when asked.
7. Performing any other assignments as required by the Production Shift Supervisor.
