Leasing/Property Manager - Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible For Assisting Employees With The Property Sourcing, Leasing And Move-In / Move-Out Process- Responsible to have 5-7 leasing agents to achieve their target every month Negotiating With and Building and Maintaining Relationships With Landlords, Developers, Service Providers And Local Authorities Responsible to provide training for their new joiners like how to do phone calls, emails, SMS, viewing, follow up etc. Responsible to do weekly review of their agents performance Leasing Manager to join new joiners on their initial two customers visits to check their client handling skills Leasing Manager to audit their agents work place at least once in a month Responsible to submit weekly performance report to HR Manager General Manager Responsible to take action against their agents complains Report all instance of bad practices by Agents to HR Ensure that all property listing are up to date All owner Database are to be kept updated and secure Any Leakage of data will result in immediate dismissal Leasing Manager needs to meet at least 12 corporate and 5 property owners in a month Leasing Manager is responsible to Carry out Quality Control Calls to new and closed lead to assess their agents performance Assisting Marketing team time to time in order to publish or unpublished Maintain owners, clients, data for future reference Expert in property advertising in Prop space Minimum Requirements:- Previous experience in real estate is mandatory. A good knowledge about the area both logistically and practically is highly beneficial and this knowledge increases with experience You will need to learn the Laws and Legal requirements relating to Real Estate Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Proactive work ethic and ability to multi task whilst providing quality customer service Attention to detail to ensure that all correspondence is both spelt and grammatically correct To possess full UAE Driving License, drive in a safe manner and to have a safe and clean car that is pleasant for clients who may need to be ferried between properties by the consultant .
