Leasing Executive Required in Dubai
The role will be responsible for leading the leasing department to ensure the proper growth in revenue generation and mall positioning.
Lead all leasing programs and activities including planning and development, leasing management, tenant mix, and budget forecast in order to maximize rental.
Develop & implement leasing strategy & action plans aimed to maximize sales and increase the mall Value.
Market research and tenant mix analysis for better understanding & self-evaluation for the leasing strategy.
Managing a retail portfolio of tenants through a range of different development.
Research and report to Management on competitive Leasing and leasing trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas of the mall.
Create new client relationships in the market in order to grow client base in terms resulting in direct business growth and effectively manage relationships with existing clients
Lead the sales process from prospecting, proposal, negotiation, deal closing and maintaining clients’ relationships while ensuring all steps of the process are captured on CRM
Key requirements:
5+ years of experience in Real Estate with at least 5 years of handling Shopping Mall /Shopping Center in UAE is mandatory
Enthusiastic, good communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
Must be equipped with a sound knowledge of the real estate market as well as possess knowledge of the Dubai rental property market.
Strong communicator and negotiator
