Leasing Executive will be responsible to manage the leasing of high end residential and commercial properties based in Dubai
Position Summary:-
The Leasing executive will manage leasing for residential & commercial properties, will be responsible to source the right clients for high end properties, relationship management and ensuring repeat business will be the core objective
Role Description:-
Key Responsibilities includes Lead generation by promoting and advertising the properties on various platforms, meeting and greeting the clients, property viewing, deal negotiations, following the leasing processes, customer relationship management for repeat business, database management, Reporting to Manager.
Here is what we need from you:-
• Minimum experience of 2 years in leasing & selling residential properties in Dubai
• Good knowledge of pricing and leasing processes
• Candidate should be good in negotiating leasing deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High energy and drive
• Good personality with excellent relationship building skills
• Proven Sales track record
• Strong communication skills
• Customer Relations Expertise
• Holds a valid driving license
• Computer literate
• RERA Certification is a PLUS
