LEASING CONSULTANT REQUIRED IN DUBAI - Dubai

Successful and dynamic Real Estate broker is looking to hire a new team member as a leasing agent and property manager. From candidate is required 2 main duties:

1.Leasing of provided properties.

2. Manage properties which are included in our own property management service. Contact owners/tenants/ maintenance teams to organize all kinds of needed jobs inside the property.

Our property portfolio is wide and all current data of rentals will be provided to the new agent. Means WE PROVIDE PROPERTIES to lease from day 1.

Both duties will be commission based plus a fixed salary of 7,000dh/month.
Esteemed income 12,000 to 15,000dh including commissions.

The right candidate must be able to:
- Close the deals. From A to Z.
- Host our loyal and new clients with an appropriate, delicate manner.
- Be aware of the Dubai property market with a minimum of 1 year of working experience.
- Being hardworking and well-disciplined person

Driving license + good speaking/writing English is a MUST.

French would be a big advantage.
