If you have Tele Calling Experience 2 years will be Good, or at Least 1-2 years. of proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant in Dubai Or 2-5 Years of Sales Experience in any field.
. If you can Handel the Clients Calls , Having Skills to Handel the Leads over the Mobile, Can Explain about the Best Available Options.
• Strong sense of responsibility and aggressive.
• Intense knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Industry.
• Good communication skills in English are a MUST. Other languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese are advantage.
• Up-to-date with advancements in Real Estate trends
• Handles all customers in a professional manner.
• Follows-up with your own customers for signing sales agreements.
• Ensures a high level of customer service.
• Dynamic Personality & Interpersonal Skills.
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• Highly self-motivated, with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to her work.
• Must have a network of Agents/Client.
• Target driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Accompany clients during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• Own Car with Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
• Attend Property events (such as exhibitions, sales events..etc)
• Able to work & perform in a target driven sales environment.
• Updates herself of the competitors pricing and other initiatives
• Conducts viewing for prospects.
