KG Teacher Required in Dubai - Dubai

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KG Teacher to join our team. As a KG Teacher, you will play a vital role in the early childhood development of our students. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play, exploration, and discovery. Your patience, creativity, and ability to connect with young children will be essential in facilitating their social, emotional, and academic growth.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to meet the needs and interests of each child.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and supported.
Provide individualized attention and support to students to promote their cognitive, physical, and social development.
Develop and implement strategies for managing behavior and promoting positive discipline.
Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Valid teaching certification or license for kindergarten.
Proven experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
Strong knowledge of child development theories, early childhood education principles, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and ability to connect with and inspire young children.
Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Knowledge of educational technology tools and resources for early childhood education.
