Junior Recruiter Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate employment applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability, forwarding suitable candidates to the HR Manager.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Conduct background verifications, reference checks, and communicate application outcomes to candidates.
Collaborate with the PRO to oversee visa, medical, labor, and immigration documentation.
Facilitate orientation programs, maintain employee files in the HRIS, and address queries from new hires.
Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and minor concerns, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
Foster effective communication and rapport among team members.
Provide general administrative support and assist various departments as required.
Compile HR-related data for presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in HR administration or coordination is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitude.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is desirable.
