Role Requirements
Team Support: Provide essential support to the creative team in business development projects, assisting in various design initiatives as required.
Visual Simulations: Create engaging simulation visuals for all media assets, responding to requests from the sales team to enhance client presentations.
Artwork Finalization: Prepare and finalize artworks for printing and uploading, ensuring all technical specifications are met for optimal presentation.
Artworks Revision and Resizing: Skillfully revise and resize both digital and static artworks, adapting designs to fit various formats and specifications as needed.
Sales Collateral Development: Collaborate with the team to contribute to the development and enhancement of sales collateral, ensuring designs effectively communicate our brand message.
Specification Creation: Generate detailed artwork specifications and rate cards based on insights provided by the production and sales departments, streamlining the design process.
Ownership of Media Artworks: Take charge of managing the media artworks for both indoor and outdoor advertising assets, ensuring effective organization and timely delivery of all projects.
Quality Assurance: Rigorously evaluate received artworks to ensure they align with our specified requirements and quality standards.
Image Enhancement: Edit and enhance installation pictures, elevating the visual appeal to create compelling presentations.
Design Brief Fulfillment: Meet other design-related expectations as outlined in project briefs, maintaining flexibility and creativity in your approach.
Required Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is required.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe After Effects.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Exceptional communication abilities are essential, as you will collaborate with various stakeholders across different departments.
Open to adapting to changing priorities and requirements as needed.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
Capable of using Microsoft 365 for documentation and communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
