Junior IT Helpdesk Required in Dubai

Installing and configuring of desktops/laptops hardware, software, OS installation, Network printers and scanners.

• Providing the technical support for the client machines.

• Knowledge of office 365, outlook 2013 and active directory.

• Work experience on LAN/WAN,VPN, inter-office connectivity

• Handling employees IT issues, managing and logging tickets in helpdesk system.

• Handling of support calls and first level support of all systems/hardware/software/applications

• Knowledge of ITSM application (Manage engine).

• Basic knowledge of networking, DHCP,DNS, SCCM and IP phone telephony.

• Basic knowledge of windows servers.

• Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks.

• Knowledge of IT asset management

• Good communication skills

• Respond to the tickets within SLA timelines.

• Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience with MCSE and CCNA certification
