Junior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and work on day-to-day tasks as well as long-term strategic projects of our business. The person handling this role will work with the social media team, content team, and marketing staff to schedule content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, and Youtube. He/She will also help monitor performance across platforms and help with competitive and benchmark analyses.

Job Description

· Create and design print and digital marketing materials
· Prepare drafts and present ideas
· Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software
· Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
· Collaborate with our Visual Designer to develop design concepts
· See projects through from conception to completion· Establish creative direction for the brands within the brand guidelines
· Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
· Create guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used
· Work with other marketing specialists and copywriters to produce final design
· Test graphics across various media
· Amend designs after feedback
· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

· A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (graphic design, visual communications, digital design)
· 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of Graphic Design
· Experienced in layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
· Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software· Strong creative and analytical skills
· Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
· Experience working in Figma or Sketch
· Experience with motion graphics
· Experience with Animation· Arabic is a big plus
